RJ Abercrombie - President and CEO
Mr. Abercrombie is a professional management executive who has over twenty five years of diversified experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Abercrombie has degrees in Business Management, Marketing/Finance and studies in Petroleum Engineering and Geology. He has held key management positions with Natural Resources Group, a subsidiary division of W.R. Grace Companies. He has also owned and managed his own drilling and well servicing companies, and oil & gas production companies in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. He has managed the drilling and remedial workover operations, acquisitions and investments in several hundred oil and gas properties in his petroleum industry career.

Ted Allen - Petroleum Engineer
Mr. Allen has over 30 years of diversified experience in the oil and gas industry. He has a Batchelor of Science Petroleum Engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines in 1975. Drilling, completions, production and workover operations, log interpretation, property evaluation, reservoir analysis, acquisitions, quality assurance, cost effectiveness, and onsite supervision. He has held various engineering positions with a number of petroleum companies including Delta Drilling, Santa Fe Drilling, Texas Oil & Gas, Cactus Energy, ABMS {ARAMCO} in Saudi Arabia, 101 Energy, AA Production, The Western Company {now BJ Services}, Famcor Oil Company, Trump Energy, Superior Oil & Gas, American Natural Resources and numerous other companies as an independent Petroleum Consultant.

Bernard Hodge - Production Supervisor
Mr. Hodge performs production operations for Amerex in northern Oklahoma and southeast Kansas. He has over 45 years experience in all aspects of field production operations and production facility construction and maintenance. Mr. Hodge has worked for numerous oil and gas companies in his career and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. He obtained advanced training in secondary waterflood systems under his employment tenure at Tenneco Oil Company in Midland, Texas. He has utilized his training and first hand experience to successfully implement numerous secondary recovery operations in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas.

Allen McCall - Consulting Production Supervisor
Mr. McCall is one of Amerex's finest consulting production supervisors. He consults for the company on various projects in Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. McCall has worked in the oil fields of Oklahoma for over 40 years in various capacities. He has owned and managed well service companies, roustabout companies, and held many positions as a field supervisor for several independent oil companies.

Dave Shroff - Petroleum and Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Shroff is the Chief Engineering Consultant for Amerex. He holds a B.S.M.E. Fluid Design Engineering Degree from Oklahoma State University in 1971. He has many engineering publications, Issued Patents and Patents Pending in the field of petroleum reservoir characteristics. He has held various executive engineering positions with a number of companies including Ford Motor Company, Monsanto Corporation, Gulf Oil Corporation, Cities Service Company, Dalco Petroleum, Excalibur Oil, Penn Pacific Corporation, Big Blue, Universal Environmental, PUG Manufacturing, and SCTEK. Mr. Shroff presently oversees most of the projects that Amerex is currently involved in.
